You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of an AOAO, condominium association, or related business entity to use our services.

4. Payment Terms
All payments for services are due upon invoice or as otherwise agreed. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, and materials provided by Documinium remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
