Documinium provides document compliance, file organization, and administrative support services specifically tailored for Hawaii-based condominium AOAO clients. Our services may include file audits, folder structure setup, document conversion, custom templates, and ongoing support.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of an AOAO, condominium association, or related business entity to use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Maintain secure access to your login credentials (if applicable)
Use our services for lawful and appropriate purposes only

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services are due upon invoice or as otherwise agreed. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, and materials provided by Documinium remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Documinium is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or business interruption
Compliance outcomes beyond our scope of document preparation and organization

We make no legal guarantees—final responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the client.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

These Terms are violated
There is misuse of our platform or services
Payment is not received in a timely manner

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
