New Q & A Section
You Asked. We Listened. Documinium’s New Q&A Is Here.

At Documinium, some of our best ideas don’t start with us. They start with you.
As we’ve talked with association managers, board members, and others in the community association industry, we’ve been getting some great questions about how Documinium works.
How flexible is the pricing? Can we work with both paper and electronic records? What happens to the records during a project? Who controls access? Is the work done on-site or remotely? How long does implementation take?
Rather than answering those questions one conversation at a time, we thought: Why not make the answers available to everyone? So we did.
You Asked. We Created.
We’ve added a new Q&A section to the Documinium website, built around the real questions we’ve been receiving from people interested in our services.
The goal is simple: transparency.
We want association managers and boards to understand how Documinium approaches a project before they ever decide to work with us. That includes how we handle electronic and physical records, how projects are customized, how access and custody are handled, our approach to AI and sensitive association information, and what implementation can look like.
And just like Documinium itself, the Q&A isn’t meant to stay frozen in time.
Keep asking questions. We’re listening.
As new questions come in, we’ll continue expanding the Q&A so it becomes a useful resource for anyone trying to better understand document organization, records management, and what working with Documinium actually looks like.
Because building better solutions starts with listening to the people who actually need them.
You asked. We listened. We created.
Have a question we haven’t answered yet?
Send it our way. Your question might just become the next addition to the Documinium Q&A.
